Delivery Time: Typically, deliveries take 7-10 business days. We coordinate scheduled delivery times to suit your convenience and provide setup and demonstrations of your products at home. Depending on your order and demonstration needs, this process generally takes about 30 minutes.

Delivery Service Details: We work exclusively with a designated courier service for all deliveries through this shopping platform. We do not accept deliveries from other companies, nor do we facilitate international shipments. Once goods are dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
